HIRING UNDERWRITERS - US MORTGAGE!!!

Required Junior / Senior Underwriters with overall 5+ yrs in US Mortgage & min 3+ years U/W experience in Encompass 360. Can join us immediately or within 15 days max.

Role / Job description:

​

• Must have hands-on experience on Encompass 360. Should Be Well versed with End to End Mortgage Loan Processing Cycle.

• Knowledge of Different Type of loans mostly Conventional, FHA, VA, and their Functioning.

• Residential mortgage underwriting experience with Pre-underwriting, Post-underwriting condition clearing experience.

• Should have knowledge of critical closing documents. Must be able to make loan-level decisions and provide conditions to clients in Encompass.

• Experience in analyzing 5 Cs (Credit, Capacity, Character, Collateral, and Cash Flow) which includes Loan Origination, Initial Condition clearing, Prior to Docs and Prior funding approval

• Analysis and reading a credit report, title document.

• Knowledge of Income Calculations, Debt to Income, tax Returns, Reading credit Reports, Identifying Red Flags.

• Should be able to underwrite the loans using Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guide!

• Should be able to Run and Analyze DU and LP applications with in-depth knowledge of Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA guidelines.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate, both verbally and in writing within and outside the organization.

• Should be extensively able to communicate via phone, chat, and e-mail with external parties of clients and company management

• Preferred strong analytical skills

• A passion and desire to continuously improve work productivity & quality

• Strong technical skills and ability to work in a remote environment.
